OVERVIEW

At InkBridge Publishing LLC, we strive to provide high-quality books and content. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

SECTION 1 – DIGITAL PRODUCTS (E-BOOKS & DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books, downloadable files, and digital content are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.

If you experience any issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

SECTION 2 – PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (PRINTED BOOKS)

We accept returns for physical books under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details.

SECTION 3 – DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

You may be required to provide photos of the damaged product.

We will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

SECTION 4 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

SECTION 5 – REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

SECTION 7 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
